This is a 1965 Fiat Multipla- one of the first MONO-SPACE cars with 6 seats in just 3.5m! The Multipla’s body shape is the most wonderful piece of industrial design, being simultaneously attractive, functional, organic and simple. Particularly pleasing is the sparse coachwork embellishment, which is beautifully uncomplicated in a sort of atomic age meets aeronautical design theme. Used as taxis in Rome and Italy in the 60’s, the individual rear 4 seats can be folded flat or folding the middle 2 seats down gives a huge amount of space- with large rear doors providing great access for a bride, or with all seats in use can easily accommodate 5 bridesmaids!
