We hired a chauffeur driven Rolls Royce Silver Shadow S1, Ivory colour, from RNG Classics, for our wedding. They were brilliant!! From our first interaction, Robert was professional, friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were in safe hands immediately. On the day, he was punctual, jovial and made the day a wonderful experience. And of course, the car was absolutely fantastic, and just what we hoped for. A little disappointed

Booking and communication was great and helpful. Unfortunately, we were disappointed on the day. The car was later than expected, which meant we couldn’t really relax before setting off or get photos. The driver, although very friendly, was scruffily dressed- not what we would want for a wedding! The car had no ribbons on the front and was quite shabby inside( expected I guess as it is an old car). We were expecting to have space for 4 passengers, as requested in our details, and feel that if this wasn’t possible we would have been informed when we booked the car- we had to rearrange for the maid of honour to go in the photographers car last minute-not ideal!! The driver did make a fuss of the bride and groom when picking up from the church- tooted horn etc, and car was very comfortable- so this was positive!

Sorry to hear the experience wasn't up to the usual standards of our 1971 Rolls Royce and driver presentation and service. On the morning we had to bring in a last minute driver due to illness in the team. Also it does say specifically in the car details that only two passengers can be present in the back due to there being two seat belts. And one in the front. That's just simply a legal requirement... regardless of request!

Also there is some tolerance and patina on a car that is 54 years old. Expectations cannot be matched to a modern car. Our Rolls Royce is a fine example albeit ageing.
