We couldn’t have been happier with the car and driver. The driver was really friendly and helped out where he could with photos and making us feel special. We’d recommend to anyone!

The car we had originally booked ended up being in the garage on our wedding day, so the organisation sent a Rolls Royce instead, which was an amazing upgrade and a lovely treat! Our one gripe really was that the driver spent most of the journey back from church (when ideally the two of us would have had some peaceful time to ourselves) complaining about how long the service had been. I've also heard from some guests that he loudly complained about how long it was taking when people started to leave. We knew we were having a long service, and had communicated this previously, so had booked for four hours, rather than the recommended three, and we were at no risk of going over our paid-for time. It wasn't a major issue, but it did mean that we spent the drive trying to placate him (and giving directions as he had no sat nav) rather than reflecting on the wedding as a couple.
