I cannot fault the service, communication and professionalism from Karen. Karen remained in constant communication from the initial booking to the day. One week prior called to advise weather was likely to be poor and suggested swapping cars that had heating. It is this attention to detail, consideration of the bride that is hard to find - shame you stop at 5 stars!!

The driver (Karen) was brilliant. She arrived in very good time, was very approachable, knew exactly what to do and when, and most importantly left me to worry about other things, confident in her ability. Cannot recommend her or the Company highly enough. Massive thank you!
