From receiving a quote from Candeo, right up to our wedding day, their service was fantastic. One of my favourite things and the reason I chose candeo in the first place was their transparent and easy quoting system. Booking was simple and the staff I dealt with in order to book via email were great. They got back to me and answered queries pretty much instantly! On the week of my wedding, I received a call to iron out final details but I was at work so we sorted everything via email again which was really convenient for me. On the day, Jake our driver was early but text to say there was no rush at all! I thought this was great as I didn't feel pressured to hurry, but knew the car was ready and waiting whenever I was ready and this really helped me relax. Jake held my bouquet and helped me plus my two small flower girls into the car and buckled them both in. Candeo provided seats for my girls which made my life so much easier on the day! Jake was friendly and chatty throughout the drive and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Candeo again and again! Very reasonably priced and amazing service, lovely clean cars. Thank you.

Absolutely fabulous the poor staff had to deal with me panicking and dealt with it so we’ll I never felt rushed or pressured they was so friendly and helpful
