Good afternoon Kathryn i am so sorry that we could not accommodate the Rolls Royce for you on the day due to a mechanical issue .We did however still provide you with a great service in an alternative vintage car and covered everything as per your itinerary exactly your driver was early for you on the day and everything was carried out.Unfortunately we could not inform you of the issue as it only happened on the morning of the booking where the vehicle had stuck in gear and would not move .We can as on the day sincerely apologise for this but did not let you down in anyway with the still vintage car supplied .Kind regards .
Good morning Rowena thank you for your comments regarding the review .We all at Cupid Carriages strive to provide the best possible service from the moment your enquiry has been taken .I am sorry that your driver lacked personality but Ian who covered the booking on the day for you has been driving for us for over 12 years with great feedback from numerous customers.Unfortunately with vintage cars seat belts were not invented in 1934 so this may be why as the inside of these cars are very big why your Dad wasn't secure but iam unsure whether you are talking about the bubbly or your father if you could please contact the office regarding this i will be able to help you further.With regards to the bubbly it is always stored in our fridge and would have been put in a cool bag to keep as cool as possible so my apologies for the bubbly not been cold enough .Kind regards Simon .
